Return Policy

At HeroMooseGifts.com, we take pride in creating unique, personalized gifts just for you, and we will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

General Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please email marc@heromoose.com within 30 days of receiving your order.  We will arrange for a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at marc@heromoose.com as soon as possible. Once an order enters production (typically within 12-24 hours of placing the order), we regret that we will be unable to cancel it.

Shipping and Delivery
We send all of our items with tracking numbers. If you do not receive the item, but the tracking number indicates it was delivered to the correct address, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Most items require 4-8 business days for printing, and then another 2-5 business days in transit. Of course, unusual events like storms, bad weather, transportation strikes, and the like could impact these times.
